Records of Hays County, Texas. <br />The Grantor, for the consideration, has granted, sold and conveyed, and by these presents does grant, sell and convey <br />unto Grantee, the Property, to have and to hold the above described premises, together with all and singular the rights <br />and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging, unto the Grantee, Grantee's heirs and assigns forever. <br />As a part of the Consideration of the Property hereby conveyed, it is agreed and understood: 1) that the Property shall be <br />subject, always, to the, restrictions imposed by the City of San Marcos in exercising perpetual care of the.Property and all <br />applicable ordinances of the City of San Marcos; and 2) that the Property may be used only for the purpose of interment <br />and for no other purpose, subject to all applicable ordinances of the City of San Marcos.
