<br />The Gnanhor, for the oonnidoration, has gnsnted, sold and oonveyed, and by these presents done grant, sell
<br />and convey unto Grantee, the property, to have and to hold the above described premises, together with all and singular
<br />the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging, unto the Grantee, Grantee's heirs and assigns forever. As
<br />a part of the consideration of the property hereby oonveyed, it is agreed and understood that the property shall be
<br />subject, always, to the restrictions imposed by the Governing body of said City of San Marcos in exercising Perpetual
<br />Care of the property. This provision is a covenant running with the |and, binding upon the pmpedy, and the present
<br />and successive owners thereof, and inuring to the benefit of the Grantor, its successors and assigns, and to the benefit
