<br />The Grantor, for the nonoideration, has gnsnted, sold and conveyed, and by these presents does grant. sell
<br />and convey unto Grantee, the property, to have and to hold the above described premises, together with all and singular
<br />the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging, unto the Grantee, Grantee's heirs and assigns forever. As
<br />a port of the consideration of the property hereby oonveyed, it is agreed and understood that the pmpmdY shall be
