<br />and convey unto Grantee, the property, to have and to hold the above described premises, together with all and singular
<br />the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging, unto the Grantee, Grantee's heirs and assigns forever. As
<br />o part of the consideration of the property hereby onnveyed, it is agreed and understood that the property oho|| be
<br />subject, always, to the restrictions imposed by the Governing body of said City of San Marcos in exercising Perpetual
<br />Cam of the property. This provision is a covenant running with the |ond, binding upon the property, and the present

<br />ordinance passed on A 1924 of record in Vol. O. at page 154 in the official minutes of Grantor's City
