<br />Date: December 2, 1998
<br />Grantor: City of San Marcos, a Texas municipal corporation.
<br />Grantor's Mailing Address (including county): 630 East Hopkins Street, San Marcos, Hays County,
<br />Texas 78666.
<br />Grantee: Robert and Beatrice Key
<br />Grantee's Mailing Address (including county): 114 High Trail Dr., Georgetown, Williamson County,
<br />Texas 78628.
<br />Consideration: $1600.00
<br />Property: Lot Number(s)-1 --4, of Block Number 022 , Section 2 , of the Dixon Addition, acquired
<br />by the City of San Marcos, by deed dated May 31, 1923, recorded in Vol. 87 , pages 605 - 60 , of
<br />the Hays County Deed records.
<br />The Grantor, for the consideration, has granted, sold and conveyed, and by these presents does grant, sell
<br />and convey unto Grantee, the property, to have and to hold the above described premises, together with
<br />all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging, unto the Grantee, Grantee's
<br />heirs and assigns forever.
<br />As a part of the consideration of the property hereby conveyed, it is agreed and understood that the
<br />property shall be subject, always; to the restrictionsiinposed'by the-G6verning body of said City of San
<br />Marcos in exercising Perpetual Care of the property. This provision is a covenant running with the land,
<br />binding upon the property, and the present and successive owners thereof, and inuring to the benefit of
<br />the Grantor, its successors and assigns, and to the benefit of the remaining lots in the cemetery, and the
<br />present and successive owners thereof.
<br />Grantor makes this conveyance, and Grantee accepts it, without any warranty as to the subsurface
<br />condition of the property, or the costs of making interments within the property. Grantee, and Grantee's
<br />successors and assigns, accept all risks as to such conditions and costs as a part of this transaction.
<br />This deed is executed on behalf of Grantor by its Mayor, and attested by its Secretary, as authorized by
<br />an o ce passed on August 6, 19 of record in Vol. 6, at page 154, in the official minutes of
<br />ity'Commission, this the day of December , 1998.
