<br />more complete description of the lot(s) hereby conveyed and for all other pertinent purposes.
<br />As a .part of the consideration of the property hereby conveyed, it is agreed and understood that the property shall
<br />be subject; always, to the restrictions promulgated and/or imposed by the Governing Body of the said City of San Marcos
<br />in exercising Perpetual Care of the said property herein conveyed. This provision is intended to be, and shall be con-
<br />strued as, a covenant running with the land, binding upon the property hereby conveyed, and the present and successive
<br />owners thereof, and inuring to the benefit of the City of San Marcos, its successors and assigns, and inuring to the
<br />benefit of the remaining lot and hl„cv_� s in said cemetery, and the_ present_nnd successive owners thereof.
