<br />are conveyed to W.E. West, 'n exchange for Lots 1-4, Block 25, Section A-3, of
<br />the A.M. Ramsay Addition to the Cemetery Grounds which are recorded i'Volume
<br />1072, page 38 of the Hays County Deed Records, and which are conveyed- to the
<br />City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas.
