<br />Grantee, the property, to have and to hol the above described premises, together with all and singular the rights a:

<br />As a part of the consideration of the propert y hereby conveyed, it is agreed and understood that the property shall be subje,
<br />always, to the restrictions imposed by the Governing body of said City of San Marcos in exercising Perpetual Care of t
<br />property. This provision is a covenant rui ming with the land, binding upon the property, and the present and successi
