Mrs. Norris moved to approve the Ordinance on first reading and Mr. Cavazos seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of a Zoning Ordinance on first reading, the caption which was read as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN ~ffiRCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE WHICH REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED SEPTEMBER 29, 1980 (VOL. 54) BY ZONING 11.22 ACRES OF LAND OUT OF THE J. M. VERAMENDI LEAGUE NO. ONE, LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF WONDER WORLD DRIVE AT THE INTERSECTION OF HUNTER ROAD AND WONDER WORLD DRIVE, FROM "AO" (AGRI- CULTURAL OPEN-SPACE DISTRICT) TO "c" (COMMERCIAL DIS- TRICT. Mr. Kreczmer moved to approve the Ordinance on first reading and Mrs. Norris seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Everyone was again reminded that the three Ordinances were open for public hearing if anyone wished to speak in favor or against any of them. M. VERAMENDI LEAGUE NO. ONE, LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF WONDER WORLD DRIVE AT THE INTERSEC- TION OF HUNTER ROAD AND WONDER WORLD DRIVE, FROM "AO" (Þ.GRICULTURAL OPEN-SPACE DISTRICT) TO "OP" (OFFICE PROFESSIONAL DISTRICT). Mrs. Norris moved to approve the Ordinance on first reading and Mr. Kreczmer seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock opened a public hearing to consider approval of the following Zoning Ordinance on Lot 10 of the Whisenant First Addition from "AO" (Agricultural Open-Space District) to "R-2" (Duplex or Two-Family District). No one wished to speak in favor or against the zoning request, so the public hearing was closed. Mayor Craddock then introduced for consideration the Zoning Ordinance on first reading, the caption which was read as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE WHICH REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED SEPTEMBER 29, 1980 (VOL. 54) BY ZONING LOT TEN (10) OF THE WHISENANT FIRST ADDITION, A/K/A 413 FARIS, FROM "AO" (AGRICULTURAL OPEN-SPACE DISTRICT) TO "R-2" (DUPLEX OR TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT).
