RESOLUTION NO. 2021-131R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A CHANGE IN SERVICE TO THE <br />AGREEMENT WITH CLEAN EARTH OF ALABAMA, INC. (CONTRACT <br />NO. 219-223) FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES RELATING TO THE <br />HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE PROGRAM TO AUTHORIZE AN <br />INCREASE IN THE ANNUAL CONTRACT AMOUNT FROM $75,000 TO <br />$140,000 FOR THE REMAINING THREE YEARS OF THE CONTRACT <br />TERM; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO <br />EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS TO IMPLEMENT THE <br />CHANGE IN SERVICE; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. A Change in Service to the agreement with Clean Earth of Alabama, Inc. <br />(Contract No. 219-223) for the provision of services relating to the Household Hazardous Waste <br />Program, to increase the annual contract amount from $75,000 to $140,000 for the remaining three <br />years of the contract term, is hereby approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the appropriate <br />documents to implement the renewal. <br />PART 3.
