RESOLUTION NO. 2021-167R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A CHANGE IN SERVICE TO THE <br />UNINTERRUPTED POWER SUPPLY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT <br />WITH WEISSCO POWER, LLC (CONTRACT NO. 218-358) RATIFYING <br />AN EMERGENCY PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF BATTERIES IN <br />THE AMOUNT OF $7,355.00 AND FOR THE PURCHASE OF <br />ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$20,000.00 FOR A TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT OF $73,241.00; <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO <br />EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS TO IMPLEMENT THE <br />CHANGE IN SERVICE; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. A Change in Service to the Uninterrupted Power Supply Maintenance <br />Agreement with Weissco Power, LLC (Contract No. 218-358) ratifying an emergency purchase <br />and installation of batteries in the amount of $7,355.00 and for the purchase of additional services <br />and equipment in the amount of $20,000.00 for a total contract price of $73,241.00 is approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the appropriate <br />documents to implement the Change in Service. <br />PART 3.
