Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event the cost of a single report <br />would exceed $1,500 orthe total annual costs for ESG reports hereunder <br />wouldexceed $10,500, the Partnership shall not provide the report <br />unless it receives written authorization from the City Manager to do so. <br />Any ESG report provided shall be subject to the terms and conditions <br />of the third-party report provider. <br />F.Workforce Development. The quality of a community's workforce is the most <br />important competitive asset it can offer current and future businesses. The Partnership will <br />continue efforts to ensure that the City has the workforce needed for a diverse and growing <br />economy. <br /> <br />1. Objective: Align education and training efforts with job creation so that <br />local citizens have the training they need to more effectively compete for knowledge- <br />intensive industries. The Partnership will maintain and expand partnerships with <br />Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area, Gary Job Corps, Austin Community College, <br />Texas State Occupational, Workforce and Leadership Studies (“OWLs”) program, and <br />other workforce stakeholders. <br /> <br />2. Deliverables: <br /> <br />a. Support the San Marcos Consolidated and Hays Consolidated Independent <br />School Districts on job training initiatives to include support for grants and <br />participation on advisory boards. <br /> <br />b. Identify short-comings in current workforce training through BRE surveys <br />and report to workforce training providers, including an annual written <br />report to the City Manager. <br /> <br />c. Establish, in partnership with the appropriate entities, a workforce <br />development taskforce to develop actionable items addressing workforce <br />needs for unemployed or underemployed citizens of San Marcos, creating a <br />ready labor force to meet the requirements of current and prospective <br />employers. In addition to other priorities outlined in the Partnership’s <br />Vision 2025 Economic Development Strategy and the City of San Marcos <br />Economic Development Policy, as applicable, identify any community <br />partners that provide social services to residents with dependent daycare <br />needs as well as organizations that can support neurodivergent individuals <br />wishing to enter or stay within the workforce and incorporate those <br />programs into the work of the workforce development taskforce. <br /> <br />G. Partnership/City Coordination. In connection with the provision of the above <br />professional services, the Partnership shall meet the following requirements. <br /> <br />1.
