RESOLUTION NO. 2021-187R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A CHANGE IN SERVICE TO THE <br />AGREEMENT WITH TYLER TECHNOLOGIES, INC. FOR THE <br />PROVISION OF COMPUTER AIDED DISPATCH AND RECORDS <br />MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND <br />FIRE/EMS DEPARTMENT IN AN INITIAL AMOUNT OF $672,697.00 <br />AND RECURRING ANNUAL COST OF $110,187.00 AND AUTHORIZING <br />FOUR ADDITIONAL ANNUAL RENEWALS; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE <br />DOCUMENTS TO IMPLEMENT THE CHANGE IN SERVICE; AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. A Change in Service to the agreement with Tyler Technologies, Inc. for the <br />provision of Computer Aided Dispatch and Records Management Software for the Police <br />Department and Fire/EMS Department in an initial amount of $672,697.00 and recurring annual <br />cost of $110,187.00 is approved and four additional annual renewals are authorized. <br />PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the appropriate <br />documents to implement the Change in Service. <br />PART 3.
