RESOLUTION NO.2021-211R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH ENTERPRISE <br />FLEET MANAGEMENT, INC., THROUGH THE TEXAS INTERLOCAL <br />PURCHASING SYSTEM, TO PROVIDE FOR THE LEASE AND <br />MAINTENANCE OF EIGHTEEN VEHICLES FOR USE BY THE POLICE <br />DEPARTMENT AND PUBLIC WORKS AND THE PURCHASE OF <br />MISCELLANEOUS EQUIPMENT IN THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF <br />$836,906.40; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE <br />TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The Agreement with Enterprise Fleet Management, Inc., through the Texas <br />Interlocal Purchasing System, to provide for the lease and maintenance of eighteen vehicles for <br />use by the Police Department and Public Works and the purchase of miscellaneous equipment in <br />the estimated amount of $836,906.40 is approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the Agreement <br />on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
