EXHIBIT A <br />1 00VER <br />ENGINEERING <br />& SURVEYING <br />FIELD NOTES FORA 16.09 ACRE TRACT OF LAND <br />A 16.09 acre tract of land, out of the J. Veramindi Survey, Abstract 17, and a being a portion of a called 312.005 acre <br />tract of land as described in Volume 2946, Page 47 of the Official Public Records of Hays County; Texas, Said 16.09 <br />acre tract being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point in the apparent southeast right-of-way line of County Road (CR) 160, a.k.a. Harris Hill Road, <br />in the northwest line of said 312.005 acre tract and for the north comer of the tract described herein, from which a found <br />%, iron rod for the north comer of said 312.005 acre tract bears, N 44° 07' 28" E, a distance of 1180.98 feet; <br />THENCE: Departing the said right-of-way line of CR 160, a.k.a. Harris Hill Road, and into said 312.005 acre tract, the <br />following six (6) courses: <br />1. S 45° 51' 06" E, a distance of 570.51 feet to point for the east comer of the tract described herein <br />2. S 44019' 19" W, a distance of 1023.66 feet to point for a southerly corner of the tract described herein, <br />3. S 64013' 40" W, a distance of 190.38 feet to point for an angle, <br />4. N 84012' 31" W, a distance of 80.01 feet to point for an angle, <br />5. N 450 02'`17" W; a distance of 192.37 feet to point for an angle, and <br />6. N 470 09' 19" W, a distance of 246.49 feet to point in the said right-of-way line of CR 160, a.k.a. Harris Hill <br />Road, the northwest line of said 312.005 acre tract, and for the west corner of the tract described herein, from <br />which a found 14" iron rod for a curve return of said 312.005 acre tract bears, S 440 07' 26" W, a distance of <br />2080.16 feet; <br />THENCE: N 441071 28" E, with the said right-of-way line of CR 160, a.k.a. Harris Hili Road, and the northwestline <br />of said 312.005 acre tract, a distance of 1254.99 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 16.09 acres of <br />land situated in Hays County, Texas. <br />Note; The basis of bearing was established using the Trimble VRS Network, NAD (83), Texas State Plane Coordinate <br />System, South Central Zone, 4204, US Survey Foot, Grid.
