This arrangement would be d~veloped into a contract in <br />conformance with State law as soon as general agreement is <br />reached. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />To provide utilities to the site, the following schedule would <br />be used: <br /> <br />Utility <br /> <br />Company agrees <br />to pay for: <br /> <br />City agrees <br />to pay for: <br /> <br />12" water main <br />wi all necessary <br />improvements <br /> <br />8" (approxirr,ate cost <br />$121,714) <br /> <br />4" overage (ap- <br />proximate cost <br />$29,426) <br /> <br />6" or 8" sewer <br />main from either <br />Redwood or Thermon <br />property wi all <br />necessary improve- <br />ments <br /> <br />6" from Thermon <br />(approximate cost <br />$75,550) <br /> <br />depending on choice <br />either $0 or $21,910 <br />for overage <br /> <br />The utility improvements have been based on information provided <br />by the Company's engineers, Bovay Engineers, and the City engineering <br />consultants, Freese and Nichols (see attached correspondence and <br />map) . <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />The Company agrees to provide necessary engineering and contract <br /> <br />city hall' 6 <br /> <br />e, r-ìopklns ' san marcos' texas' 78666 . 512/ 392'1111 <br />
