Before the site can be developed, information on
the water and sewer lines will be needed. I would, therefore, be very much
obliged if you would provide me with the locations of the nearest water and sewer
lines, their sizes, pressure, capacities and profiles. As a preliminary
estimate, the ultimate water demand, including fire protection for the deve-
lopment, \'Íi11 be 950 gpm at 45 psi at the plant. The maximum wastewater dis-
charge will be approximately 100 gpm. If the capacities of your sewer and water
systems do not meet these demands, please advise on the available capacity
from your system so that the proposed development can be designed accordingly.

As I understand from our conversation on Wednesday, the city may
participate in the cost in oversizing the main to provide enough capacity for
potential development in the area. If indeed the city is interested in over-
sizing the water main, please respond to the following questions:

1 )

Will the city obtain any necessary easement for the
water main?

2)

Is it possible that we can obtain approval from the
telephone company to use the twenty foot easement
along the railroad for the \'Íater main?
