Mr. James introduced for consideration approval of a Zoning Ordinance on second reading, the caption which was read as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE WHICH REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED SEPTEMBER 29, 1980 (VOL. 54) BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF 0.4145 ACRES OF LAND, BEING A PORTION OF LOTS 4, 5, 6 AND 7 OUT OF THE W. O. MEINERS FIRST SURBURBAN ADDITION, LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF LOOP 82 AND ZUNKER STREET, FROM "R-i" (SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT) TO "M" (SINGLE, DUPLEX, MULTI-FAMILY DWELLINGS AND NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESSES). Mr. Cavazos moved to approve the Ordinance on second reading and Mrs. Norris seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. James introduced for consideration the adoption of a Zoning Ordin- ance on third and final reading, the caption which was read as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE WHICH REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED SEPTEMBER 29, 1980 (VOL. 54) BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF 174.01 ACRES OF LAND OUT OF THE J. M. VERAMENDI LEAGUE NO. ONE, LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF WONDER WORLD DRIVE AT THE INTERSECTION OF HUNTER ROAD AND WONDER WORLD DRIVE, FROM "AO" (AGRICULTURAL OPEN-SPACE DISTRICT) TO "LI" (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT). Mr. Kreczmer moved for the adoption of the Ordinance and Mrs. Mendez seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
