An action item will come back to Council at a future agenda on item A <br />B. Charles Soechting was appointed and was approved in open session as item <br />#12 on the agenda on item B <br />C. Direction was provided to staff on item C <br />D. An action item will come back to Council on December 7 meeting to <br />appoint Tammy K. Cook as the City Clerk on item D <br />E.
