Regular Meeting November 8, 1982 Page 6 Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration the adoption of a Resolu- tion, the caption which was read as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A LEASE BETWEEN SAID CITY AND WALTER H. MENGDEN FOR PORTABLE HANGAR SPACE AT SAN MARCOS MUNICIPAL AIR- PORT; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF SAID CITY TO EXECUTE SAID LEASE ON BEHALF OF SAID CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Mrs. Mendez moved for the adoption of the Resolution and Mrs. Norris seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration the adoption of a Resolu- tion, the caption which was read as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO A & A LAhrN MAINTENANCE AND LANDSCAPING FOR PROVISION OF MAINTEN- ANCE AT THE SAN MARCOS CEMETERY FROM OCTOBER 1, 1981, TO SEPTEMBER 30, 1982, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Mr. Farr moved for the adoption of the Resolution and Mrs. Mendez se- conded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration the adoption of a Resolu- tion, the caption which was read as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF CHRIS WILLIAMS AS DEPUTY CLERK OF THE SAN MARCOS MUNICIPAL COURT AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Mrs. Mendez moved for the adoption of the Resolution and Mrs. Norris seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration the adoption of a Resolu- tion, the caption which was read as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS SUPPORTING EDWARDS UNDERGROUND WATER DISTRICT ACTION. Mr. Kreczmer moved for the adoption of the Resolution and Mrs. Norris seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration the adoption of a Resolu- tion, the caption which was read as follows: RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF A LOOP AROUND SAN MARCOS, TEXAS. Mrs. Norris moved for the adoption of the Resolution and Mr. Kreczmer seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration authorization to bid a 1/2-ton pickup truck for the Public Works inspector. Mrs. Norris moved for approval to bid and Mrs. Mendez seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
