RESOLUTION 2022-44R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPOINTING SHAUN CONDOR, INTERIM <br />DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING, TO FILL THE VACANCY ON THE <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ALLIANCE REGIONAL WATER <br />AUTHORITY (ARWA) CREATED BY THE RESIGNATION OF THE <br />FORMER DIRECTOR OF FINANCE; AND REAPPOINTING MEMBERS <br />TO POSITION 5 AND 7; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The City Council hereby appoints Shaun Condor, Interim Director of <br />Engineering, to fill the vacancy on the board of directors of the Alliance Regional Water Authority <br />created by the resignation of Director of Finance. <br />PART 2. The City Council hereby reappoints Paul Kite, Assistant Director of <br />W/WW Division and Council Member Mark Gleason to the board of directors of the Alliance <br />Regional Water Authority. <br />PART 3.
