City Council Meeting Minutes January 18, 2022 <br />A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Scott, seconded by Council Member <br />Baker, that this Executive Session be entered Closed Session at 3:08 p.m. The <br />motion carried by the following vote: <br />For: 7 - Mayor Hughson, Council Member Baker, Council Member Gonzales, Mayor Pro <br />Tem Scott, Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Garza, Council Member Prather and Mayor <br />Gleason <br />Against: 0 <br />IV. Question and Answer Session with Press and Public. <br />Executive Session concluded at 5:06 pm <br />Lisa Marie Coppoletta, inquired if item A of the Executive Session would be <br />brought back for a vote and why this was scheduled for an Executive Session. <br />Michael Cosentino, City Attorney, stated this item was allowed to be discussed <br />in Executive Session because it was related to amendments to a lease agreement <br />which involves potential negotiations. Mr. Cosentino stated if there is action to <br />be taken on the agreement it will be placed on a future agenda in public <br />session. Mayor Hugshon stated no date is set at this time. <br />V. Adjournment. <br />A motion was made by Mayor Gleason, seconded by Council Member Prather, <br />to adjourn the Work Session meeting of City Council at 5:12 p.m. The motion <br />carried by the following vote: <br />For: 7 - Mayor Hughson, Council Member Baker, Council Member Gonzales, Mayor Pro <br />Tem Scott, Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Garza, Council Member Prather and Mayor <br />Gleason <br />Against: 0 <br />Tammy K. ook, City Clerk <br />City of San Marcos Page 2 <br />Jane Hughson, Mayor <br />
