m <br />DOUCET <br />5) N44'07'24"E, a distance of 218.45 feet to a 1/2 -inch iron rod with cap stamped "BYRN" found in the <br />southwest line of Lot 2 of Lowman Ranch Subdivision, Section 2, as recorded in Volume 18, Page 17 <br />[P.R.H.C.T.] from which a 1/2 -inch iron rod found for the west corner ofsaid Lot 2, bears N46'06'09"W <br />a distance of 294.28 feet; <br />THENCE with the lines cournion to said Lot 2 and said remainder tract, the following three (3) courses and <br />distances: <br />1) S46'06'09"E, a distance of 79.85 feet to a 1/2 -inch iron rod with cap stamped "BYRN" found for the South <br />corner of said Lot 2, <br />2) N44'10'40"E, a distance of 163.49 feet to a 1/2 -inch iron rod with cap stamped "BYRN" found for an <br />angle point, and <br />3) N72'59'43"E, a distance of 14.62 feet to a calculated point in the northwest line of a called 5.81 -acre City <br />Ordinance, 2007-33 <br />THENCE with the northwest lines of said 5.81 -acre City Ordinance and over and across said remainder tract the <br />following three (3) courses and distances: <br />1) 543'37'28"W, a distance of 431.33 feet to a calculated point for a South corner of the tract described <br />herein, <br />2) N50'34'15"W, a distance of 263.28 feet to a calculated point for the north corner of said 5.81 -acre City <br />Ordinance and for an angle point of the tract described herein, and <br />3) S39'35'41"W, a distance of 121.72 feet to a calculated point for a South corner of the tract described <br />herein, <br />THENCE with the west line of said 17.85 -acre tract and over and across said remainder tract the following two <br />(2) courses and distances: <br />1) N52'15'58"W, a distance of 129.90 feet to a calculated point for an angle point of the tract described <br />herein, and <br />2) N46'26'54"W, a distance of 657.06 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the tract described herein <br />and containing 2.527 -acres more or less. <br />PAGE 12 of 5 COMMITMENT YOU EXPECT. <br />EXPERIENCE YOU NEED. <br />PEOPLE YOU TRUST. <br />
