APPENDIX C. <br />Relevant Items from Existing Master Plan <br />This review includes a summary of current plans for the City of San Marcos with key considerations for <br />initiatives that include or impact arts and culture. Information for each plan is represented as it was written <br />at the time it was adopted. It is intended to guide the growth and planning of the City for the next 20 years. <br />As of June 2021, the community, stakeholders and organizations in San Marcos have been engaged in a <br />process to develop a new community vision, goals and guiding principles. <br />Virtual Open House: February 26, 2021, through March 30, 2021.An online platform was available for <br />the public to provide input on the vision and goals for the Comprehensive Plan, which included a section <br />focused on arts and culture. The platform received 862 views with 419 unique participant engagements.
