City Council Meeting Minutes January 18, 2022 <br />Ms. Kalka stated it will take effect until next budget year and the budget <br />process has not begun so we don't know where we will be without knowing the <br />property values or know the needs of the city. She noted we are required to get <br />the homestead exemption to the County by June before our budget is adopted <br />we have to let the County know if we are going to do this. Ms. Kalka stated we <br />are basing it on the prior budget to see if there will be an impact or not. <br />VII.
