The Council then voted unanimously for adoption of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />Mayor Morris issued the Certificates of Election to Billy G. Moore, Mayor; Jane Hughson, City <br />Council Member, Place Three; Joe B. Cox, Jr., City Council Member, Place Four; and Ed <br />Mihalkanin, City Council Member Place Five. Judge Linda Rodriguez administered the Oath of <br />Office to Billy G. Moore, Mayor and Mayor Moore administered the Oath of Office to Joe B. <br />Cox, Jr., City Council Member, Place Four. Judge Macel Sullivan administered the Oath of <br />Office to Jane Hughson, City Council Member, Place Three and Ed Mihalknanin, City Council <br />Member, Place Five. <br /> <br /> <br />Mayor Moore introduced for consideration the election of the Mayor Pro-Tempore. Mr. Cox <br />moved to appoint Rick Hernandez and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion, which passed <br />unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 6: 13 p.m. on motion made by Mr. Guerra and seconded by ~vfr.
