RESOLUTION NO. 2022-74R A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A LIST OF QUALIFIED FIRMS TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES TO THE CITY ON AN AS -NEEDED BASIS THROUGH THE END OF 2027; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. RECITALS: 1. The City of San Marcos (`City") issued a Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") No. 221-105 for on-call professional engineering services for various City projects. 2. On September 2, 2021, the City received Statements of Qualifications ("SOQ") from 56 firms. 3. An evaluation committee was formed for the purpose of evaluating the SOQ's and selecting the most qualified firms for placement on an on-call list. 4. The committee selected the most highly qualified firms to be on the on-call list for professional engineering services through the end of 2027. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: PART 1. Based on the evaluator's scores, the following firms are approved for placement on the City's on-call list of qualified professional engineering firms for various City projects through the end of 2027 subject to the terms of master agreements: A. American Structurepoint, Inc., located in Indianapolis, Indiana; B. Ardurra Group, Inc., located in San Antonio, Texas; C. BGE, Inc., located in Houston, Texas; D. Burns & McDonnell Engineering Co., Inc. located in Austin, Texas; E. CDS Muery located in San Antonio, Texas; F. Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc., located in Austin, Texas; G. CP&Y, Inc., located in Dallas, Texas; H. Freese & Nichols, Inc., located in Fort Worth, Texas;
