The agreement to purchase four buses from Creative Bus Sales through the <br />SmartBuy Purchasing Cooperative (Contract No. 556A1-2718) in the amount of $423,548.00 is <br />terminated. <br />PART 2. The City Manager or her designee is authorized to execute the contract on <br />behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
