RESOLUTION NO. 2022-135R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH SOUTHWEST <br />SOLUTIONS GROUP, INC. (CONTRACT NO. 222-221) THROUGH THE <br />SOURCEWELL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING PROGRAM <br />(CONTRACT NO. 010920 -SPC) FOR THE PURCHASE OF EVIDENCE <br />STORAGE SHELVING AT THE SAN MARCOS POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />IN THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF $70,995.71; AUTHORIZING THE <br />CITY MANAGER OR HER DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT <br />ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. A contract with Southwest Solutions Group, Inc. (Contract No. 222-221) <br />through the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Program (Contract No. 010920 -SPC) for the <br />purchase of evidence storage shelving at the San Marcos Police Department in the estimated <br />amount of $70,995.71 is approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager her designee is authorized to execute the agreement on <br />behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
