City Council Meeting Minutes January 19, 2021 <br />Rodney VanOudekerke, spoke against the Spring Road project. He expressed <br />concerns that it passed with no consideration to the effects it would have on <br />property owners living on Spring Road. He expressed concern that this project <br />is not in the best interest and of the community and would like Council to <br />revisit this issue and have a proper discussion. <br />PRESENTATIONS <br />1.
