2022-2025 Meet and Confer Agreement <br />Between the San Marcos Police Officers' Association and the City of San Marcos, Texas <br />2. Effective Year 2 of the agreement, the final score will include (1) the written examination score (2) <br />the assessment center score and (3) the performance review score as outlined below. <br />3. Final score formula by rank: <br />a. Corporal and Sergeant Rank: <br />The formula for arriving at a final score for the written examination, assessment center and <br />performance review is the following: <br />Scores: <br />(1) 50% Written Examination score plus, (2) 50% Assessment Center score = Final Score <br />Example: <br />Written examination score (.5) (88) + assessment centerscore (.5) (80) =44 +40=84 (Final Score) <br />Effective Year 2: <br />Scores: <br />(1) 40% Written Examination score plus, (2) 40% Assessment Center score plus (3) 20% <br />Performance Review = Final Score <br />Example: <br />Written examination score (.4) (88) + assessment center score (.4) (80) + performance review (.2) <br />(85) = 35 + 32 + 17 = 84.2 (Final Score) <br />b.
