<br /> EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS AND COVENANTS OF SELLER
<br /> MADE IN THIS CONTRACT,AS AN INDUCEMENT TO ENTER INTO THIS CONTRACT OR
<br /> ANY CLOSING DOCUMENT THAT IS DELIVERED TO BUYER,BUYER IS RELYING SOLELY

<br /> PROPERTY OR ITS OPERATION WITH ANY LAWS, STATUTES, ORDINANCES, RULES,
<br /> REQUIREMENTS OR REGULATIONS OF ANY GOVERNMENT OR OTHER BODY; (IV)THE
<br /> ECONOMIC VIABILITY OR MARKETABILITY OF THE PROPERTY; (V) TAX MATTERS
<br /> PERTAINING TO THE TRANSACTION CONTEMPLATED HEREBY; (VI) EXCEPT AS

<br /> BUYER WITH RESPECT TO THE PROPERTY. FURTHER, BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES AND
<br /> AGREES THAT THERE ARE NO ORAL AGREEMENTS, WARRANTIES OR
