Subject to Appraisal. Buyer shall procure an appraisal of the value of the Property <br /> from a Texas licensed and MAI certified appraiser no later than the end of the Inspection Period. <br /> Buyer will provide a copy of such appraisal to Seller within seven days after Buyer's receipt of <br /> the appraisal.
