RESOLUTION NO. 2022-141R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, AWARDING AN INDEFINITE DELIVERY <br /> INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT WITH TRITON <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL, LLC. FOR THE PURCHASE OF EROSION <br /> CONTROL MATERIALS ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS (IFB. NO. 222-205) <br /> FOR USE BY THE STORMWATER DIVISION OF THE PUBLIC <br /> WORKS DEPARTMENT IN THE ESTIMATED ANNUAL AMOUNT OF <br /> $22,000.00 AND AUTHORIZING THREE ADDITIONAL ANNUAL <br /> RENEWALS; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HER <br /> DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF THE <br /> CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS <br /> PART 1. An Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with Triton <br /> Environmental, LLC. for the purchase of erosion control materials on an as needed basis (IFB <br /> No. 222-205) for use by the Stormwater Division of the Public Works Department in the <br /> estimated annual amount of $22,000.00 is approved and three additional annual renewals are <br /> authorized. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager or her designee is authorized to execute the agreement <br /> on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
