(4h) The library director may, with the approval of the library board, set <br /> incidental fees for postage and materials used to pfavide librafy sef .Examples <br /> of such fees are interlibrary loan and reserve book postage fees, replacement card <br /> fees,room cleaning_fees, and fees for photocopies, microfilm prints, and computer <br /> copies. <br /> 0j) The library director shall, with the approval of the library board, <br /> determine the materials to be designated as "popular" thus subject to an increased <br /> overdue fee. The library director shall post notice to patrons of the materials so <br /> designated. <br /> SECTION 2. If any word,phrase,clause, sentence,or paragraph of this ordinance is held <br /> to be unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the other provisions of this <br /> ordinance will continue in force if they can be given effect without the invalid portion. <br /> SECTION 3. All ordinances and resolutions or parts of ordinances or resolutions in <br /> conflict with this ordinance are repealed. <br /> SECTION 4.
