RESOLUTION NO.2022-229R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS AUTHORIZING A CHANGE IN SERVICE TO THE <br /> PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH LOCKWOOD, <br /> ANDREWS & NEWMAN, INC. (LAN) TO PROVIDE ENGINEERING <br /> SERVICES FOR THE BIDDING AND CONSTRUCTION PHASES OF THE <br /> HULL STREET STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT IN THE <br /> ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF $18,355.00; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br /> MANAGER OR HER DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE <br /> DOCUMENTS TO IMPLEMENT THE CHANGE IN SERVICE ON <br /> BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. A Change in Service to the agreement with Lockwood, Andrews &Newman, <br /> Inc. (LAN) (Contract No. 222-041) to provide engineering services for the bidding and <br /> construction phases of the Hull Street Storm Sewer Improvements Project in the estimated amount <br /> of$18,355.00 is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager or her designee is authorized to execute the appropriate <br /> documents to implement the Change in Service. <br /> PART 3.
