RESOLUTION NO. 2022-233R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS AUTHORIZING A CHANGE IN SERVICE TO THE <br /> AGREEMENT WITH SHI GOVERNMENT SOLUTIONS, INC., <br /> THROUGH THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION <br /> RESOURCES COOPERATIVE PURCHASING PROGRAM, TO RENEW <br /> SOFTWARE LICENSES FOR PRINTERLOGIC SOFTWARE IN THE <br /> ESTIMATED ANNUAL AMOUNT OF $14,937.50 FOR A TOTAL <br /> CONTRACT AMOUNT OF $57,064.27; AUTHORIZING THREE <br /> ADDITIONAL ONE-YEAR EXTENSIONS; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br /> MANAGER OR HER DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE <br /> DOCUMENTS TO IMPLEMENT THE CHANGE IN SERVICE ON <br /> BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. A Change in Service to the agreement with SHI Government Solutions, Inc., <br /> through the Texas Department of Information Resources Cooperative Purchasing Program, to <br /> renew software licenses for PrinterLogic Software in the estimated annual amount of$14,937.50 <br /> for a total contract amount of$57,064.27 is approved and three additional one-year extensions are <br /> authorized. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager or her designee is authorized to execute the appropriate <br /> documents to implement the Change in Service. <br /> PART 3.
