RESOLUTION NO. 2022-234R A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE NAMING OF THE NATURAL AREA GENERALLY LOCATED AT 2035 N BISHOP ST AND COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE "BUIE TRACT" AS THE "RIVER RECHARGE NATURAL AREA"; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO INSTALL ANY SIGNS REFLECTING THE NAME OF THE PARK AS MAY BE APPROPRIATE; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: PART 1. The natural area generally located at 2035 N. Bishop St. and commonly known as the "Buie Tract" is hereby named the "River Recharge Natural Area." PART 2. The City Manager is authorized to install any signs reflecting the name of the park as may be appropriate. PART 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
