<br />WILLIAMS SURVEYS, A-471 AND A-490, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, AND BEING
<br />ALL OF THAT CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND CALLED TO BE 521.55 ACRES,
<br />DESCRIBED IN A PARTITION DEED OF A TRACT OF LAND CALLED TO BE
<br />931.2 ACRES, DESCRIBED IN A DEED TO E. E. POSEY, OF RECORD IN
<br />VOLUME 84, PAGE 100, OF THE DEED RECORDS OF HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS,
<br />SAID 521.55 ACRES BEING THE NORTHEAST PORTION OF SAID 931.2 ACRES,
<br />AND PARTI'T'IONED TO AARON POSEY, OF RECORD IN VOLUME 1175, PAGE
<br />518, OF THE OFFICIAL PUBLIC RECORDS OF HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, SAID
<br />537.30 ACRES BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND
<br />BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS:
<br />BEGINNING at a is inch iron rod found in the east line'of a treat of land called to be
<br />1499 acres, described in a deed to V & H Robinson Ranches, LTD, of record in -Volume
<br />1180, Page 659, of the Official Public Records of Hays County, Texas, same being the
<br />northwest comer of a .tract of land called to be 521.5 awes, described in said partition
<br />.deed of said 931.2 acres, said 521.5 acres being the southwest portion of said 931.2 acre
<br />tract, and partitioned to Edward E. Posey, of record in Volume 1175, Page 518, of the
<br />Official Public Records of Hays County, Texas, said iron rod being the southwest corner
<br />of said 521.55 acre Aaron Posey tract, and the southwest corner of the herein described
<br />tract;
<br />THENCE, with the northwest fine of said 521.55 Aaron Posey tract, same being the
<br />northwest line of said 931.2 acre tract, and the southeast line of said 1499 acre tract,
<br />along or near a fence called for in a boundary line agreement between J. H. Robinson and
<br />E. E. Posey of record in Volume 124, Page 496, of the Deed Records of Hays County,
