RESOLUTION NO. 2022-247R A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF AN AGREEMENT WITH SIMPLEVIEW,LLC (CONTRACT NO.219-414) IN THE AMOUNT OF $11,064.00 FOR CRM (CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGEMENT) LICENSING FOR DESTINATION SERVICES, BRINGING THE CUMULATIVE AMOUNT OF THE CONTRACT TO $50,206.00; AUTHORIZING UP TO THREE ONE-YEAR RENEWALS OF THE AGREEMENT; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HER DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: PART 1. The renewal of an agreement with Simpleview, LLC (Contract No. 219-414) in the amount of$11,064 for CRM Licensing for Destination Services, bringing the cumulative amount of the contract to $50,206.00, plus up to three one-year renewals of the agreement are hereby approved and authorized. PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is authorized to execute the agreement and any renewals on behalf of the City. PART 3.
