The attached Public Utility Easement and Release of Property Interests with Hays County Emergency Services District No. 3 is hereby approved. PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is authorized to execute said instrument on behalf of the City in substantially the form approved by the city council, subject to revisions approved by the City Attorney.
