d. Contribute at least $3,800,000.00 USD to be applied toward completion of <br /> the Project,which shall represent funds that match the County's contribution of funds under <br /> this Agreement("Matching Funds"). The City's past and continuing investment in capital <br /> improvements and other expenses related to the Project, as outlined in the Project <br /> Description shall be counted to calculate the Matching Funds. <br /> e. Beginning with the quarter from January 1, 2023 through March 31, 2023, <br /> and continuing quarterly thereafter,provide the County with a funding draw request for all <br /> eligible expenses incurred by the City during such quarter toward the acquisition of real <br /> property interests associated the Project,including,but not limited to costs for title research <br /> and insurance, surveys, investigations, appraisals, legal and consulting fees and purchase <br /> price. <br /> L Each funding draw request for expenses incurred during a quarter <br /> shall be submitted within 60 days after the end of each quarter(e.g., the first funding draw <br /> request would be due by February 28,2023),provided the City may add expenses from an <br /> earlier quarter to a later funding draw request if a review by the City reveals expenses <br /> inadvertently omitted from an earlier funding draw request. <br /> H. Each funding draw request shall be accompanied by copies of <br /> receipts or other documentation confirming the City's expenditures for which <br /> reimbursement is sought. <br /> iii. The funding draw request shall be in generally the form in Exhibit <br /> B, attached hereto and made a part hereof. The form of funding draw request by be <br /> modified upon the written approval of the designee of the City Manager for the City and <br /> the General Counsel for the County. <br />
