Hours of Operation <br />The unattended aircraft fueling facility shall be available for use 24 hours per day and <br />seven days a week. <br />Restroom facilities <br />The unattended aircraft fueling facility shall be equipped with an indoor restroom for use <br />by customers. <br />Section 6 -Non-Public Aircraft Fuels and Oil Dispensing Service <br />Lessees desiring to conduct non-public aircraft fuel and oil dispensing services shall <br />meet the following standards and provide the following minimum facilities: <br />RESTRICTIONS: Lessee holding non-public aircraft fuels dispensing authorization <br />shall not sell or deliver aircraft fuels to anyone other than lessee. Fueling of any <br />aircraft not owned or leased by lessee shall result in immediate revocation of the <br />right to bring fuel upon, or store fuel on, airport property. Upon request by the <br />Airport Lessor, lessee shall provide evidence of ownership or lease of any aircraft <br />being fueled. A corporation may not be formed for the expressed purpose of <br />providing fuel services under this standard. <br />6.1 Land and Building <br />Basic Requirement: Due to the variety of facility possibilities applicable to Airport <br />Tenants, a single standard for acreage and buildings is not established for Airport <br />Tenants. Each Airport Tenant application under this SECTION will be considered on <br />its own merit. For Fixed Base Operator applications, specific use spaces as required <br />inapplicable SECTIONS herein need not be further additive where combination use <br />can be reasonably and feasibly established. <br />
