7.3 Personnel <br />Basic Requirement: One Federal Aviation Administration certificated commercial <br />pilot who is appropriately rated to conduct the air taxi service offered. <br />7.4 Aircraft <br />Basic Requirement: One four place aircraft meeting all the requirements of the Air <br />Taxi/Commercial Operator Certificate held.
