Storage of wholly owned or leased aircraft and service and maintenance on <br />wholly owned or lensed aircraft. Airport Tenants may not hangar aircraft <br />owned by others nor offer, nor provide, any services whatsoever to others, <br />except, however, other's aircraft may be temporarily hangared without <br />compensation. <br />EXCLUSION: Private individual, non-commercial monthly renters of open ramp <br />spaces or private individual, non-commercial monthly renters of public hangars or <br />hangar space are excluded from the provisions of this SECTION, but are instead <br />obligated to the provisions of their rental contracts and the Standard Operating <br />Procedures & Regulations of the airport. <br />12.1 Land and Buildings <br />Basic Requirement: Due to the variety of single and multi-occupancy hangars, a <br />single standard for acreage and buildings is not established.
