RESOLUTION NO. 2023-55R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS,TEXAS APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH FREEIT DATA <br /> SOLUTIONS FOR ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARE THROUGH THE TEXAS <br /> DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION RESOURCES (DIR) CONTRACT <br /> #DIR-CPO-4863 FOR AN INITIAL FIVE-YEAR TERM IN THE AMOUNT <br /> OF $153,700.00, SUBJECT TO TWO (2) ONE-YEAR RENEWAL TERMS <br /> MAKING THE TOTAL VALUE OF THE CONTRACT $248,489.80; <br /> AUTHOR HER DESIGNEE TO <br /> EXECUTE <br /> HE CONTRACT; AND DECLARNG THE CITY MANAGER ING AN EFFECTIVE DAT <br /> E. <br /> EXECUTE TH <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MACOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The Agreement with Freeit Data Solutions, Inc. (Contract No. 223-146), <br /> through the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR)program (Contract No.DIR-CPO- <br /> 4863) for Antivirus Software in the amount of$153,700.00 for an initial five-year term, subject to <br /> two (2) one-year renewal terms for a total contract amount not to exceed $248,489.80, is hereby <br /> approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager or her designee is authorized to execute the contract on <br /> behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
