PAR14CS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT <br />AMOUNTTHE OF $165,941.50;1.MANAGER <br />1.HER DESIGNEEE TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF <br />OF THE CITY; 1, DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SALT MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. An agreement with T.F. Harper & Associates, LP (#223-057), through the <br />Local Government Purchasing Cooperative Buyboard (BuyBoard Contract No. 581-19) for the <br />purchase and installation of canopies, picnic tables, concrete slabs, and a skate feature at Kenneth <br />M. Copeland Memorial Park in the amount of $165,941.50 is approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager or her designee is authorized to execute the agreement on <br />on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
