The City of San Marcos is willing and able to enter into an agreement with
the department by resolution or ordinance, should the project be selected for funding.
PART 3. Total construction costs for the project are estimated to be approximately
$10,000,000.00 and the City's local match would be expected to be twenty percent (20%) (in cash
or transportation development credits) of eligible project costs.
PART 4.
