RESOLUTION NO. 2023-95R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PROCUREMENT OF NEOGOV <br />APPLICANT TRACKING SOFTWARE SYSTEM LICENSES, SUPPORT, <br />AND MAINTENANCE FROM SHI GOVERNMENT SOLUTIONS <br />THROUGH OMNIA PARTNERS COOPERATIVE FOR A TOTAL <br />AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $107,133.10 PER YEAR WITH THE <br />OPTION TO RENEW ONCE A YEAR FOR UP TO TWO YEARS FOR A <br />TOTAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $321,399.30; AUTHORIZING THE <br />CITY MANAGER, OR HER DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE THE <br />APPROPRIATE PURCHASE DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; <br />AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. A contract with SHI Government Solutions. Inc., through Omnia Partners <br />Cooperative (Contract No. 2018011-02), for NeoGov Applicant Tracking Software System <br />licenses, support, and maintenance in the amount of $107,133.10 per year with the option to <br />renew once a year for up to two years for a total amount not to exceed $321,399.30 is approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is authorized to execute the appropriate <br />purchase documents on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
