With a curve turning to the right, with a radius of 20.00 feet, an arc length of 32.23 feet, with a chord <br />bearing of north 41'29'52" East, with a chord length of 28.85 feet to a 1/2 -inch iron rod with "BCG" <br />cap found; <br />2. North 87'39'35" East, a distance of 3.21 feet to a 1/2 -inch iron rod with "BCG" cap to be set with <br />Final Platting; <br />3.
